Word On Fire

alt

If you or someone you know are interested in joining the Catholic Church, or just want to know more about our faith, plan to join us for THE CATHOLICISM PROJECT Wednesdays at Adult Faith Formation at 6:00pm beginning in the church.

Now you can discover the rich heritage of the Catholic Church in an epic media experience. Word on Fire Catholic Ministries offers a vision of the Catholic Faith, which has never before been seen. This vision seeks to explore, through a global journey, the living culture of the Catholic Church. From the lands of the Bible, to the great shrines of Europe, to the shores and heartland of America, to the mysteries of Asia, to the rich landscapes of Latin America, to the beating heart of Africa - and beyond, witness the passion and glory of the faith that claims over a billion of the earth’s people as its own. Now in production. This ten part series for TV and DVD is hosted by Father Robert Barron.

NEW HYMNALS

alt

Our updated hymnals with the new translation will be arriving any day. If you would like to donate a hymnal in memory of a loved one, please pick up a special preprinted envelope in the back of the church, fill it out and return it in the collection basket or to the office. A donation of $20 will put your name and the name of your loved one on a beautiful bookplate in the front of a hymnal. In addition you will be added to a permanent list of names that will be held in the choir loft and our musicians will pray for you weekly! Thank you in advance for your support of this project. If you donated a hymnal when the last edition was purchased in 2004, you are more than welcome to take that hymnal home with you as a keepsake. We will have them alphabetized and available for pick-up in the office.
